You’ll need to have the following information handy to complete your Trade In successfully.

• NEW phone IMEI number.
• OLD phone IMEI number.
• Driver’s license or Passport for ID confirmation. You’ll need to upload a copy of your ID. Keep file size under 2MB.
• 2degrees mobile number / account number you would like us to process account credit into.
• Copy of your NEW phone invoice to upload (JPEG or PDF). Keep file size under 2MB.

Timeout is set to 20 minutes for security purposes, please ensure you complete your Trade In within this allocated time.
