Minimum Requirements: To install Cloud PBX you need to be a 2degrees Business Broadband customer. Your Cloud PBX solution must include at least one Business Plus or Premium User Profile per site, and one leased handset per user. Cabling, power, and bandwidth requirements will be discussed with you prior to install.
- Installation: Installation will be completed by our installation partner and will incur a cost per site. This varies based on your location and we will outline full details of these costs following the onsite survey. The cost of these surveys will be included in your installation cost, however, if you decide not to go ahead following the onsite survey this will incur a one-off charge.
- Changes to your setup: Your Cloud PBX self-service portal will be setup at installation. Following this the portal can be managed by your team with the support of our user guides. If you require additional setup, reconfiguration or changes outside the self-service functionality of the portal this will need to be completed by a 2degrees specialist and will incur a charge.
- Early cancellation or plan changes: Early termination charge applies to fixed term plans. If you reduce the number of users to four or less, from five connections or more, you will incur an additional monthly charge of $25 ex GST.
