Who is eligible for the prize pool?
The prize pool is open to new Broadband customers and new Power customers who sign up between November 3, 2023, and February 7, 2023 and have their connection activated by us on or before March 21, 2024. New and existing Business customers are excluded from the prize pool.
Which Broadband plans are eligible for the prize pool?
Sign up to a 12-month term on any of our Wireless Broadband plans, any of our Fixed Broadband plans (Fibre Starter, Unlimited or Ultimate Unlimited), and any of our Hyperfibre plans (Hyperfibre 2 or Hyperfibre 4) to be eligible.
Do I get an additional entry into the prize pool if I add Power to my Broadband?
Yes. If you add Power to your Broadband connection, you get one additional entry into the prize pool.
How do I enter the prize pool?
You will be entered into the prize pool automatically once your newly purchased Broadband connection is activated by us. Your second entry will be entered once your Power connection is activated by us. See which eligible plans are available at your address.
Will everyone in the pool win a prize?
Yes. Every eligible entry will win a prize from the pool. To be eligible, you need to sign up for Broadband on or after November 3, 2023, and have your connection activated by us on or before MArch 21, 2024
If you add Power to your Broadband, this connection also needs to be activated by us on or before March 21, 2024, for your draw entry to be deemed eligible.
What are the prizes available in the pool?
We’ve got a range of cool prizes up for grabs. You could win up to two prizes from the pool during any one of the three draws. The prize draw is final and binding, and the prize allocated cannot be swapped for a different one from the pool. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash.

When will the prize pool draw happen?
We will have three draws. You could win up to two prizes from the pool during any one of the three draws. The prize draw dates are:

When will I be notified once I win?
We’ll notify you of your win within seven business days from the date of the prize draw via email. This notification will include details of the prize you have won. For certain high-value prizes, we will call you to notify you.
When will my prize be delivered?
Your prize delivered by NZ Post within three business days of us notifying you about your prize. Once your package leaves our warehouse, we’ll provide you with a tracking number from NZ Post.
If you want to track your package, you’ll need to use your tracking number directly at NZ Post.
Do I need to be home to collect my prize?
Yes. To ensure the safety of your prize, NZ Post will require a signature on delivery. If you aren’t home to collect your package, NZ Post will leave a call to collect card with details on how to redeliver your package.
Can I change the delivery address for my prize?
No. After your package leaves our warehouse, you’ll need to contact NZ Post directly with the tracking number we provided earlier to see if your delivery address can be changed. Your prize will be delivered to your specified delivery address (the same address we ship your new Broadband modem to). If you haven’t specified a delivery address, we’ll ship your prize to the address you used while setting up your new Broadband account.
