2degrees the proud winner of Canstar Blue award in 2021
2degrees is proud to be Canstar Blue’s winner of the Small Business Telecommunications Most Satisfied Customers award for 2021.
The award, which is delivered by Canstar via a survey, showed that 2degrees customers were pleased with a range of factors that contributed to customer satisfaction, including network performance.
The telco also swept the competition with five out of five stars from small business customers for overall customer satisfaction, value for money and bill clarity. It received four out of five stars for clarity and flexible of contract.
2degrees Chief Business Officer Andrew Fairgray says support for small business in New Zealand has been key for the organisation for several years.
“We know the difference small businesses make to New Zealand as a whole and more specifically the economy, and we have a strong legacy of Fighting for Fair to support our small business customers.
“Receiving external recognition from our customers is something we are very proud of, particularly with the results showing it is our network, which we’ve spent $1 billion on and which covers 98.5% of the places Kiwis live and work, value for money and bill clarity that contributed to overall customer satisfaction.”
Jose George, Canstar NZ General Manager, said research conducted as part of the survey findings reflected the resilience of New Zealand’s small business sector, however, support from Kiwi organisations was critical in keeping businesses running and connected.

2degrees has a strong pedigree in the Canstar Small Business awards. For the past two years it has won the Canstar Blue Small Business Broadband award. 2degrees was the only telco in this year’s customer satisfaction survey to earn a top 5-Star rating for Overall Satisfaction.
