$300 Broadband Credit offer on 24 month Unlimited Broadband Plan Promotion Terms and Conditions

1. These terms and conditions apply in addition to our Business Broadband Terms and Conditions and Business Broadband Plan Terms and Conditions, and any other specific terms and conditions applying to your Plan or Account with 2degrees.
2. If you sign up to a 2degrees Unlimited Broadband Data Plan on a 24 month term between 17 June to 30 June 2021 (Promotion Period), we will credit your account $300 on the first full month invoice (“Plan Credit”).
3. The Plan Credit excludes any other charges, including add-ons, calling plans or services.
4. The following early termination charges may apply if you leave or move from the Unlimited Broadband Data Plan before the end of the 24 month term:

(a). If you received a 2degrees modem at sign up and you leave within the 24 month term an early termination charge of $648 must be paid ($149 Modem + $199 Installation charge + $300 signing credit).

(b) If you choose the BYO modem option at sign-up and you leave within the 24 month term an early termination charge of $499 must be paid ($199 Installation charge + $300 signing credit)

7. Your Plan Credit cannot be redeemed for cash, hardware or any other benefit, applied to early termination charges or other charges, and cannot be transferred.
8. This offer is not available in conjunction with any other offer, except if you add the $8.70 ex GST Bundle Discount if you are a Pay Monthly mobile customer at the time of sign-up. 
9. We reserve the right to extend, change or terminate these terms and conditions and/or this offer at any time without notice.
10. You are deemed to have accepted these conditions when you take the steps set out in clause 2 above.
