Variety Warm Hearts Winter Appeal Donation Terms and Conditions

1. These terms and conditions shall apply to donations made in cleared funds through 2degrees Stores to the Variety Warm Hearts Winter Appeal between 9 May 2022 and 19 June 2022 (Donation)
2. Two Degrees Mobile Limited (2degrees) will match each Donation dollar for dollar up to an aggregate amount of all Donations of $5,000.00.
3. 2degrees is not responsible or liable for any late, lost or misdirected donations or for any problems or technical malfunctions which may result in delay or failure of your donation being received.
4. All Donations to this Appeal become the property of Variety and will not be refunded to the Donation giver.
5. The decisions of 2degrees on all matters relating to this Appeal are final and no correspondence will be entered into. 2degrees reserves the right to verify the validity of a Donation in accordance with these terms and conditions. 2degrees reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions and in its absolute discretion cancel the Appeal at any time and without prior notice.
6. To the extent permitted by law, 2degrees excludes any liability it may have to you arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with this Appeal.
7. Any personal information collected as part of this Appeal will be held by 2degrees in accordance with its privacy policy. You have the right to access, update and correct such information.
