More kiwis get affordable Mobile Broadband with 2degrees

Already providing coverage in 97% of the places New Zealanders live and work, 2degrees is now making affordable high speed mobile internet available to more Kiwis by extending its Mobile Broadband Zones to an additional nine regions throughout New Zealand.

From 2 April, residents in Rotorua, Taupo, Napier, Hastings, Palmerston North, Levin, Ashburton, Dunedin, and Invercargill will be able to enjoy even better value with 2degrees Mobile Broadband Zones. This is in addition to those cities and towns already in Zone, bringing the total number of Zones to 17 nationwide.

Designed for customers at home or on the go in one or our Zones, 2degrees Mobile Broadband is convenient and easy to use, with flexible options for topping up. A range of different sized Mobile Broadband Zone Data Packs are available, each providing a generous data allowance - the bigger the pack, the longer they last. And, until 1 July 2012 customers can get 1GB of Mobile Broadband Zone Data for an effective rate of $10 on selected Mobile Broadband Zone Data Packs, providing the best value Mobile Broadband in New Zealand.*

“By further enhancing our network and investing in more Mobile Broadband Zones, we’re continuing our mission to bring better value to all New Zealanders,” says 2degrees CEO Eric Hertz. “We’re especially proud to bring affordable mobile broadband to Hastings.”
