Cloud PBX Broadband Offer
- These terms and conditions apply in addition to our Cloud PBX Terms and Conditions | 2degrees 2degrees Business Broadband Terms and Conditions | 2degrees and 2degrees Business Broadband Plan Terms and Conditions | 2degrees, and any other specific terms and conditions applying to your Plan or Account with 2degrees.
- Cloud PBX Plan includes:
- 2degrees Unlimited Business Broadband - $89 per month
- Site access fee - $25/month
- Per Business Premium user (including an unlimited calling pack) - $30 per month
- Choice of leased desk phone from $3.50 to $14/month
- If you:
- are a registered Citizen Advice Bureau
- if you were not a 2degrees business customer at 9 November 2022 and
- you sign up to a 2degrees Cloud PBX Plan on a 36 month term (‘Plan”) between 9 November 2022 to 31 December 2022 or when we withdraw the Promotion (whichever is earlier) (“Promotion Period”),
we will credit your account with 5 months Plan fee credit (“Plan Credit”)
- The Plan Credit excludes any other charges, including add-ons, calling plans or services.
- The Plan Credit may not be applied until your second Bill.
- Early termination charges may apply if you leave or move from the Cloud PBX Plan (including the Business Unlimited Broadband Plan) before the end of the 36 month term as set out in the applicable Cloud PBX and Broadband Plan Terms and Conditions. You may also be liable to pay back any of the Plan Credit you have received.
- Your Plan Credit cannot be redeemed for cash, hardware or any other benefit, applied to early termination charges or other charges, and cannot be transferred.
- This offer is not available in conjunction with any other offer.
- We reserve the right to extend, change or terminate these terms and conditions and/or this offer at any time without notice.
- You are deemed to have accepted these conditions when you take the steps set out in clause 2 above
