1. These terms and conditions apply to the 50% off $68 Business Choice - Endless Mobile Plans promotion for Community Patrols of NZ (“Promotion”) conducted by Two Degrees Mobile Limited (“2degrees”).
2. These specific terms and conditions apply in addition to our Business Terms and Conditions, Business Account Terms and Conditions and any relevant Plan Terms and Conditions.
3. The Promotion begins on 1st October 2023 and ends on 30th November 2023 or when we withdraw the Promotion (whichever is earlier) (“Promotion Period”).
4. If you
   1. are Members of Community Patrols of New Zealand
   2. were not a 2degrees business customer at 12:00am on 1st October 2023 and
   3. during the Promotion Period you sign up to the $68 Business Choice business plan (each an “Eligible Plan”) you will be eligible for a 50% discount on your monthly base plan fee for as long as you stay on the same Plan.
5. The Discount is applied to your monthly plan fee only and excludes other additional charges, including add-ons.
6. The Discount may not be applied until your second Bill.
7. One Discount per plan.
8. You must remain on the Eligible Plan you signed up to during the Promotion Period to keep receiving the Discount. If you change to another Plan at any time, the Discount will not be applied.
9. The Discount is not transferable or exchangeable and is not available in conjunction with other offers or plans offered at a discounted rate.
10. We reserve the right to change or withdraw this Promotion or any of the Eligible Plans at any time.
11. You are deemed to accept these terms and conditions at the time of taking the steps set out in clause 4 above.

3 months free for Community Patrols of NZ on selected Smart Fibre Business Broadband Plans Promotion Terms and Conditions

1. These terms and conditions apply in addition to our Business Broadband Terms and Conditions and Business Broadband Plan Terms and Conditions, and any other specific terms and conditions applying to your Plan or Account with 2degrees.
2. If you:
   1. are a member of Community Patrols of NZ
   2. if you were not a 2degrees business customer at 12.00am on 1st October 2023 ;
   3. you sign up to a 100, 300 or 500 Smart Fibre 2degrees Business Broadband Plan on a 24 month term (‘Plan”) between 1st October 2023 to 30th November 2023 or when we withdraw the Promotion (whichever is earlier) (“Promotion Period”),
   4. we will credit your account with:
      1. 3 months free on a 24 month term;
         (“Credit”)
3. The Credit excludes any other charges, including add-ons, calling plans or services.
4. The following early termination charges may apply if you leave or move from the Business Broadband Plan before the end of the 24 month term:
   1. If you received a 2degrees modem at sign up and you leave within the 24 month term an early termination charge must be paid of $299 + signing Credit = Early Termination Charge.
   2. If you choose the BYO modem option at sign-up and you leave within the 24 month term an early termination charge must be paid of $149 + signing Credit = Early Termination Charge.
5. Your Credit cannot be redeemed for cash, hardware or any other benefit, applied to early termination charges or other charges, and cannot be transferred.
6. This offer is not available in conjunction with any other offer, except if you add the $10 ex GST Bundle Discount if you are a business mobile customer at the time of sign-up.
7. We reserve the right to extend, change or terminate these terms and conditions and/or this offer at any time without notice.
