Auckland Business Expo 2022- Chamber of Commerce Member Promotion for selected Business Choice Plans
- These terms and conditions apply to the Auckland Business Expo - Chamber of Commerce Member Promotion for selected Business Choice Plans (“Promotion”) conducted by Two Degrees Mobile Limited (“2degrees”).
- These specific terms and conditions apply in addition to our Business Terms and Conditions, Business Account Terms and Conditions, Interest Free Mobile Repayment Option Terms | 2degrees, and Business Choice Plan Terms and Conditions | 2degrees
- The Promotion begins on 1 September 2022 and ends on 15 September 2022 or when we withdraw the Promotion (whichever is earlier) (“Promotion Period”).
- If you:
- a. Attended the Auckland Business Expo 2022 and are a member of the NZ Chambers of Commerce (including any regional chamber) and you are able to show us your membership number:
- were not a 2degrees business customer at 12:00am on 1 September 2022 and
- during the Promotion Period you sign up to any $58 and above Business Choice we will give you $400 off any device over $999 on interest-free repayments (“Device”) on the 2degrees website - https://www.2degrees.nz/ (“Device Credit”)
- and you will be eligible for three (3) months free on your monthly base plan fee (“Plan Credit”) followed by a 15% discount (“Discount”) on your monthly base plan fee for as long as you stay on the same Plan.

- If you sign up for any additional $35 Endless Data Team Plan business plans (up to 99 connections) you will be eligible for either the $400 Device Credit (4(c)) or the three (3) month free Plan Credit in addition to the 15% discount on your monthly base plan fee.
- If you sign up to any additional $26.09 Business Choice Plans (up to 3 connections) you will be eligible for the three (3) month free Plan Credit in addition to the 15% discount on your monthly base plan fee.
- By signing up to the Plan, you acknowledge that 2degrees may collect, hold and use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, including disclosing your personal information to any chamber in the NZ Chambers Network.
- The Device Credit, Plan Credit and Discount is applied to your monthly plan fee or MRO monthly instalment payment (as applicable) only and excludes other additional charges, including add-ons.
- The Discount may not be applied until your second Bill.
- One Device Credit, and/or Plan Credit (as applicable) and Discount per plan. You must remain on the Eligible Plan you signed up to during the Promotion Period to keep receiving the Discount. If you change to another Plan at any time, the Discount will not be applied.
- If you cancel your Eligible Plan prior to the end of your interest-free repayment term, you will need to repay any outstanding amount on your Device and you may also be charged for the applicable Device Credit you received, on your next bill.
- All credits and discounts are not transferable or exchangeable and is not available in conjunction with other offers or plans offered at a discounted rate.
- We reserve the right to change or withdraw this Promotion or any of the Eligible Plans at any time.
- You are deemed to accept these terms and conditions at the time of taking the steps set out in clause 4 above.
