NZ Chamber of Commerce Double Data for 12 months on Eligible Plans Promotion Terms and Conditions

1. These terms and conditions apply to the NZ Chamber of Commerce Double Data for 12 months on Eligible Plans Promotion (Promotion) conducted by Two Degrees Mobile Limited (2degrees).

• These specific terms and conditions apply in addition to our Business Terms & Conditions, Business Account Terms and Conditions,  and Business Choice Plan Terms and Conditions

2. The Promotion begins on 1st February 2023 and ends on 31st March 2023 (the ‘Promotional Period’)
3. Subject to clause 4 below, if during the Promotional Period you sign up to and activate one of the following plans:
   1. Business Choice - Carryover $58 Plan (Eligible Plan), you will receive an additional 15GB of NZ Carryover Data (Bonus Data) each month starting from the month you activate your plan (Bonus Period) for 12 months
   2. Business Choice - Carryover $80 Plan (Eligible Plan), you will receive an additional 30GB of NZ Carryover Data (Bonus Data) each month starting from the month you activate your plan (Bonus Period) for 12 months.
4. If you
   1. are a member of the NZ Chambers of Commerce (including any regional chamber) and you are able to show us your membership number:
   2. were not a 2degrees customer at 12:00 am on 1st   February 2023 and
   3. during the Promotion Period you sign up to a Business Choice - Carryover  $58 or $80 Plan (all an ‘Eligible Plan’) you will be eligible for Bonus Data on your monthly plan.
5. Bonus Data will be applied on the last day of the month that you activate  your connection but may take up to 7 days for your first allocation to be applied to your account.  2degrees will not be liable for any delays in respect of applying the Bonus Data within any specified time frames.
6. Subsequent allocations of Bonus Data will occur on the monthly anniversary of the date of the first allocation.
7. If you do not use your full allocation of Bonus Data during a Billing Month, your unused Bonus Data for that Billing Month will be carried over to the following Billing Month. For the purposes of these terms and conditions, this NZ Carryover Data can be accrued for up to 12 months and will expire on the day prior to the first anniversary of the Billing Date on which this Bonus Data was first allocated to you.
8. If you terminate or move from your Eligible Plan you will no longer be eligible for Bonus Data.
9. Bonus Data is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash or any other form of value. Only one Bonus Data Promotion per business customer connection during the Promotion Period.
10. We assume no responsibility for, and you release 2degrees from, any loss, claim, damage, or injury as a result of your participation in this Promotion or the conduct of this Promotion generally, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
11. Our decisions on all matters regarding the Promotion are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
12. We reserve the right to change or withdraw this Promotion at any time.
13. You are deemed to accept these terms and conditions at the time of taking the steps set out in clause 3 and 4 above.
