Why are Business Choice plans changing?
We’re always working to give our customers the best possible value. With demand for mobile data growing and our costs increasing, we need to adjust our plans to keep delivering the services that keep businesses connected. While most plan prices are increasing, we’ve also increased the data allocations of our Carryover plans.
When do these changes start?
The price changes and increased data allocations are effective 1 October 2023.

What if I add a new plan before 1 October 2023?
If you add a new plan before 1 October 2023, it will initially be charged at the current price and you will receive the current plan data allocation. Your plan will automatically change to the new price and any updated data allocation on 1 October 2023.
