Business Mobile Plan Changes 2026

Why are Business Mobile plans changing?

We're always trying to make sure we're giving you the best possible value, but with demand for mobile data increasing and our operating and investment costs increasing too, we need to adjust our plans and prices to keep delivering the services that keep your business connected.

When do these changes start?

The plan changes are effective 1st April 2026

When will I see these changes on my bill and My 2degrees?

The Business Mobile plan changes will be visible in My 2degrees from the 1st of April 2026, and you’ll see these changes on your next bill after the 1st of April, including any pro rata adjustments based on your bill cycle.

Which Mobile plans do these changes apply to?

Our Business Choice Small plan price will increase from $39 to $42 ex GST per month, and Carryover Data will increase from 7GB to 10GB per month.

Our Business Choice Large plan price will increase from $60 to $62 ex GST per month and Carryover Data from 80GB to 100GB per month.   

Any Team plans you have or add after 1st April will be changing from $30 to $32 ex GST per month

Our Daily Roaming price will increase from $6.96 excl. GST to $8.00 excl. GST

What if I add a new Team plan to my account before 1 April 2026?

If you add new Business Choice Large Team plans to your account before 1st April 2026, these will be at $30 ex GST per month. On 1st April 2026, this price will automatically change to $32 ex GST per month (your first bill following 1st April 2026 will show a pro - rata charge), and the data allowance will increase to 100GB. 

What if I am roaming before 1st April 2026?

If you are overseas and roaming before 1st April 2026, your daily roaming price will be at $6.96 ex GST per day. This price will automatically change to $8 ex GST per day on 1st April 2026. 

Can I change to another mobile plan?

Yes, you can change to another mobile plan. If you change plan, you may lose any discounts / offers available on your current plan and you make be required to repay any remaining balance on Interest Free devices (see T&Cs).

Can I cancel my plan?

We’d be sorry to see you go, but yes you can cancel your plan because of these changes. Please note that cancellations require 30 days’ notice prior to 1 April. Our plans are open term, so there are no early termination charges (unless you have received any special offers or credits that may need to be repaid). 

Keep in mind, if you are still paying off any devices on your account, any remaining instalments (and any other outstanding charges) will be charged to your next bill. Remaining instalments will not include Interest Free savings not yet applied. 

Do I need to make any changes to my automatic bill payment?

If we’ve set up the automatic payment for you via either Direct Debit or Credit Card payment, there’s nothing you need to do. We’ll make the change on our end and automatically deduct the correct amount. 

If you’ve set up an automatic payment directly from your bank account, you’ll need to update the payments to the new amounts, since we can’t do this on your behalf.
