Why are Business Mobile plans changing?
We're always trying to make sure we're giving you the best possible value, but with demand for mobile data increasing and our operating and investment costs increasing too, we need to adjust our plans and prices to keep delivering the services that keep your business connected.
When do these changes start?
The plan changes are effective 1st April 2026.
When will I see these changes on my bill and My 2degrees?
The Business Mobile plan changes will be visible in My 2degrees from the 1st of April 2026. You’ll see your updated plan name(s) and any pro rata adjustments (including plan charges or entitlements) on your next bill after 1 April.
Which Mobile plans do these changes apply to?
If you are receiving a Farm Source exclusive offer on any of the following plans, you'll continue to receive a discounted price. However, since these plans will all move to the Business Unlimited plan on 1 April, discounted prices will be streamlined and a standard discounted price of $34 ex GST per month (including Team plans) will apply.
- Our Farm Source exclusive 150GB Endless Plan will move to our Business Unlimited plan. The plan price will increase from $30 to $34 ex GST per month. If you have other connections on the same plan, these will be moved to the Business Unlimited Team plan. The plan price will increase from $30 to $34 ex GST per month.
- Our Business Choice $80 Unlimited plan will be updated to Business Unlimited plan. The plan price will decrease from $80 to $75 ex GST per month. Any Team plans you have or add after 1 April will continue to be at $40 ex GST per month.
- Our Business Choice $70 Unlimited plan will be updated to Business Unlimited plan. The plan price will increase from $70 to $75 ex GST per month. Any Team plans you have or add after 1 April plan price will increase from $35 to $40 ex GST per month.
If you have any of the following plans outside of your Farm Source exclusive offer on your account, the following plan changes will apply.
- Our Business Choice Small will be updated to Business 10GB plan. The plan price will increase from $39 to $42 ex GST per month, and Carryover Data will increase from 7GB to 10GB per month.
- Our Business Choice Large plan will be updated to Business 100GB. The plan price will increase from $60 to $62 ex GST per month and Carryover Data from will increase 80GB to 100GB per month. Any Team plans you have or add after 1 April will include 100GB Carryover Data per month and the plan price will increase from $30 to $32 ex GST per month.
- Our Business Choice Extra Large plan will be updated to Business 100GB. The plan price will decrease from $80 to $62 ex GST per month, and Carryover Data will increase from 30GB to 100GB per month. Any Team plans you have after 1 April will include 30GB Carryover Data per month and the plan price will continue to be at $26.09 ex GST per month.
- Our Business Choice150GB Endless Data plan will move to the Business Unlimited Data plan, and the plan price for current plans will increase from $20 to $25 ex GST per month. Any new Business Unlimited Data plans you add after 1 April will be $35 ex GST per month.
What plans do the international calling and texting entitlements apply to?
- Business 100GB (previously Business Choice Large, Business Choice Extra Large) – including Team plans
- Business Unlimited – including Team plans
What plans do the international calling and texting entitlements apply to?
- 300 minutes of calling per month to mobiles or landlines
- 60 text messages per month

What if I am roaming before 1st April 2026?
Our Daily Roaming price will increase from $6.96 excl. GST to $8.00 excl. GST.
If you are overseas and roaming in a Daily Business Roaming destination (excluding Australia) before 1st April 2026, your Daily Business Roaming price will be $6.96 ex GST per day. This price will automatically change to $8 ex GST per day on 1st April 2026 (NZT)
Can I change to another mobile plan?
Yes, you can change to another mobile plan. If you change plan, you may lose any discounts / offers available on your current plan and you make be required to repay any remaining balance on Interest Free devices (see T&Cs).

Can I cancel my plan?
We’d be sorry to see you go, but yes you can cancel your plan because of these changes. Please note that cancellations require 30 days’ notice prior to 1 April. Our plans are open term, so there are no early termination charges (unless you have received any special offers or credits that may need to be repaid).
Keep in mind, if you are still paying off any devices on your account, any remaining instalments (and any other outstanding charges) will be charged to your next bill. Remaining instalments will not include Interest Free savings not yet applied.
Do I need to make any changes to my automatic bill payment?
Since your payments are made through your Farm Source account, there’s nothing you need to do. We’ll take care of the change on our end and automatically deduct the updated amount.
