Why is my bill format changing?
A system issue meant that you were set up with a Pay Monthly bill type, rather than business.
To make sure you're getting the correct bill type for your business mobile plan, we're making some changes. You'll see your bill looks a bit different with billing and payment due dates adjusted. Check out our guide to understand your first Business mobile bill.
When will I receive my bills?
Your April bill will be your last Pay Monthly bill.
From 1st May 2023, we'll email your business bill on the 1st of every month, and payment will be due on the 20th of every month.

When do I need to pay my Business mobile bill?
Your bill payment is due on 20th of the month.
Your payment due date is shown on your bill as well as on the Account Holder’s dashboard in Your 2degrees.
If your bill is less than $5, you don’t need to make a payment. We’ll just pop it on the following month’s bill for you.
Why will I end up having two bills?
We need to close off your current bill and move you to the business bill dates. This means your first Business bill will be pro-rated and you may notice two bills being due in May 2023.
What happens to my Carryover Data?
Your current Carryover Data will still be available to you.
Your monthly plan Carryover Data will renew with your new billing date from May 2023, and you can view this in Your 2degrees.
Do I need to make any changes to my automatic bill payments?
If you’ve already set up an automatic payment with us either via Direct Debit or Credit Card, there’s nothing more you need to do. When the time comes, we’ll automatically deduct the amount due.
If you pay manually, you can pay your bill with a credit or debit card in Your 2degrees., or via internet banking online.
