Landline on Your Mobile enables you to have a landline number which is linked to your mobile phone service. The landline number could be one that you already use, or we can provide you a new landline number for your mobile .

Callers who ring the landline number will go straight through to your mobile phone, so you'll never miss a call or need to pay call-forwarding fees. Landline on Your Mobile also means that your caller only pays what they would pay to call a landline.

To get Landline on Your Mobile, give our Care Team a call on 0800 022 002 between 9am and 5pm, Monday – Friday.  

Things to know about Landline on Your Mobile:

• Landline on Your Mobile is available at $0 per month on all current Business mobile plans that include voice calling.
• Please be aware that if you make an existing landline number a Landline on Your Mobile then any landline-associated services – such as your broadband connection or alarm monitoring – will be lost. If you have a monitored alarm on your existing landline you should discuss your options with your alarm company.
• If you have a Landline on Your Mobile, the number displayed to anyone you call will still be your mobile number
• If you're travelling overseas, you'll be charged our roaming rates for inbound calls to your landline number.
