Which Pay Monthly Plans have Carryover Data?
We offer Carryover Data on our $35, $45 Plan and $60 Pay Monthly Plan.
How does Carryover work?
Keep data you don’t use for up to a year. Better yet, there’s no limit to how much you can carry over. You can also stack up your gigs because our new plans use your monthly plan data before using your Carryover data each month.
Can I dish out Carryover data to friends and family?
Yes! Share it with the data guzzling kids or mates who need to book a ride home if they have a 2degrees Carryover Plan.
Which Pay Monthly Plans have Endless Data?
We offer Endless Data on our $75 and $90 Pay Monthly Plan.
Does this mean I’ll always have data?
Yes! Endless data means you’ll always have a connection to use maps, check your emails and get a trip home.
What’s Endless at reduced speeds like?
Perfect for making sure you can always connect. You can even watch movies and surf social media (just at lower quality). Running multiple apps and loading large files will be tricky. At reduced speeds your experience will be impacted.
Which Prepay Plans have Unlimited Calls to NZ & Aussie?
Our $45, and $60 Carryover Pay Monthly Plans, plus our $75 and $90 Endless Pay Monthly Plans.
Can I use my Unlimited Calls & Texts to contact Aussie networks?
Sure can! You can talk the ears off anyone with a standard number in NZ and Aussie.
How do I get the Free Data Hour?
Download the Data Clock app to get your Free Data Hour (on eligible plans). Then, select and activate the free data hour every day you want to use it.
Does this use up my plan’s Carryover Data?
No! That wouldn’t be very fair, would it. Think of it like pressing pause on your plan’s data for an hour.
Can I use as much as I want?
Oh yeah! It’s a free-for-all. Though if you use over 40GB per month (which is seriously heaps), you will be shifted to reduced max speeds of 1.2mbps.
Who pays the bill on a shared account?
The person who sets up the account will be responsible for paying the full bill. It’s the same as putting your name on the lease of a shared flat.
Can I split the bill?
You cannot. Unlike your favourite buffet, you’ll need to sort the bill out amongst yourselves.

Every plan except the $85 Unlimited plan (where data is, you guessed it, unlimited).
What if I don’t renew my plan straight away?
No worries. As long as you top up at least $10 within 3 months you’ll keep your Carryover Data and minutes.

All of them.

Will my plan auto-renew?
Yep. As long as you have enough credit. If you buy more than one plan in a month, only the one you bought last will renew.
