- These terms and conditions apply to the exclusive nib discount (Promotion) conducted by Two Degrees Mobile Limited (2degrees).
- These specific terms and conditions apply in addition to our Pay Monthly Terms and Conditions and 2degrees Carryover Plans Terms and Conditions and any other applicable Terms and Conditions.
- To be eligible for the Promotion, you must be a new or existing 2degrees customer either on or signing up to an eligible Pay Monthly plan.
- You will continue to be eligible for the Promotion as long as you remain a 2degrees customer and 2degrees continues the Promotion as set out above.
- The Promotion is available to existing or Pay Monthly customers who meet the eligibility criteria and is valid for the life of the plan.
- The Promotion will apply as a discount to your standard monthly plan fee on your monthly bill and will exclude other additional charges, including add-ons (Discount).
- The Discount may not be applied until your second Bill after ID validation has been completed.
- The Discount cannot be transferred or exchanged and may not be available in conjunction with other offers or plans offered at a discounted rate, or any other association’s plan.
- The Promotion is not available on Business mobile plans or to employees of 2degrees or Two Degrees New Zealand Limited.
- We reserve the right to change or withdraw this Promotion at any time.
- You are deemed to accept these terms and conditions at the time of taking the steps set out in the clause 3 and 4 stated above.
