- These terms and conditions apply to the NZ Olympic Athletes offer (Promotion) conducted by Two Degrees Mobile Limited (2degrees).
- These specific terms and conditions apply in addition to our Pay Monthly Terms and Conditions and 2degrees Carryover and Unlimited Plans Terms and Conditions (– from 24 June 2024 (Plan T&Cs) and any other applicable Terms and Conditions.
- If you are:
- a new or an existing 2degrees Pay Monthly customer; and
- a competing athlete or part of the NZ official support crew traveling to Paris Olympics or Paralympics 2024; and
- signed up to an Eligible Plan at all times; and
- apply between 10 July and 30 September 2024,
then you will receive 15% off your Eligible Plan’s monthly base fee as long as you are continually on that Eligible Plan (Discount).
Eligible Plans means the $40, $50 and $60 Carryover Plans and the $80 Unlimited plan in Plan T&Cs (Group Plans excluded).
- The Discount does not apply to any other charges including roaming, toll calls and add-ons.
- The Discount may not be applied until your 2nd Bill after you have presented your valid photo identification and that identification has been validated.
- The Discount is not transferable or exchangeable and is not available in conjunction with any other offers or plans offered at a discounted rate or any other association plan.
- The Promotion not available on Business mobile plans.
- We reserve the right to change or withdraw the offer earlier than stated.
- You are deemed to accept these terms and conditions at the time of taking the steps set out in clause 3 above.
