If you’re redeeming a free Prepay plan please note that our monthly plans auto-renew as long as you have enough Prepay credit or if you have an auto top-up via direct debit/credit card set up. If you previously had a plan, the new monthly plan that you're redeeming will renew automatically. To stop the plan from auto-renewing, please text STOP to 233, change to a different plan using our app, or make sure your Prepay balance is below the plan amount.
