Free Business Broadband with four Business Choice Plans Promotion
- These terms and conditions apply to the 24/36 months free broadband with four Business Choice Plans promotion (Promotion) conducted by Two Degrees Mobile Limited (2degrees).
- These specific terms and conditions apply in addition to our Business Terms and Conditions, Business Account Terms and Conditions, Business Broadband Terms and Conditions, Business Broadband Plan Terms and Conditions and any other relevant Terms and Conditions.
- The Promotion begins on 1 June 2022 and ends on 30 June 2022 (Promotion Period).
Free 24 month Broadband plan - If you were not a 2degrees business customer at 12:00am on 1 June 2022 for either broadband or mobile services and during the Promotion Period 2degrees specifically offers the Promotion to you and you sign up for four or more $45 or above Business Choice Mobile Plans for 24 months (Eligible Plans) on your Account you will be eligible for one free Business Smart Fibre 100 – 500 or 900 broadband plan on a 24 months term (Free Plan).
Discount on 36 month Insights Network plan - If you were not a 2degrees business customer at 12:00am on 1 June 2022 for either broadband or mobile services and during the Promotion Period 2degrees specifically offers the Promotion to you and you sign up for four or more Eligible Plans on 36 month terms on your Account you will be eligible for the price of one free Business Smart Fibre 100 – 500 or 900 broadband plan to be deducted from the price of a Insights Network Plan on a 36 month term (Discount).
General
- Your four or more Eligible Plans may comprise of an Endless Leader Plan and three or more Endless Pool Plans. $26 Group Plans are not eligible and do not count towards your four or more plans that qualify for the Free Plan or Discount.
- If you qualify you can get either offer set out at clauses 4 or 5 but you cannot get both offers.
- Free Plan credit or Discount applied monthly to your Bill.
- You must have five or more Eligible Plans to receive our $10 bundle discount off a second Business Smart Fibre plan on your Account.
- You must maintain at least four active Eligible Plans at all times during the 24 or 36 month term or standard pricing will apply for your Business Smart Fibre 100 – 500, 900 broadband plan or Insights Network Plan.
- If you end your Insights Network Plan before 36 months Early Termination Charges apply of 50% of all remaining standard Charges payable for the term and any free installation Charges. The Early Termination Charges will be applied to your Account.
- On the expiry or your 24 or 36 month term standard pricing for your applicable Business Smart Fibre plan will apply.
- The Free Plan credit / Discount is not transferable or exchangeable and is not available in conjunction with other offers or promotions.
- We reserve the right to change or withdraw this Promotion or any of the Eligible Plans at any time.
- You are deemed to accept these terms and conditions at the time of taking the steps set out in clauses 4 or 5 above.
