1. These terms and conditions apply in addition to our Business Broadband Terms and Conditions, Business Wireless Broadband Terms and Conditions (for Wireless 4G/5G Plans) or Business Broadband Plans Terms and Conditions (for Fibre and Hyperfibre Plans), and any other specific terms and conditions applying to your Plan or Account with 2degrees.
2. Any defined terms carry the meaning given to them in the Business Broadband Terms and Conditions, unless expressly defined below.
3. If you sign up:
   1. to one of the following Plans;
      1. Smart Fibre or Smart Fibre 900;
      2. Smart Hyperfibre 2 or 4;
      3. 300GB Wireless 4G;
      4. Unlimited Wireless 4G/5G; or
      5. 170GB Rural Wireless
         
         (each an "Eligible Plan")
          
   2. on a 12 - (Wireless Plans) or 24 - month term (all Fibre Plans) ("Fixed Term"); 
   3. the equivalent monthly plan credit stated above the Eligible Plan card on the 2degrees website (https://www.2degrees.nz/) will be applied to your basket on check-out ("Plan Credit").
4. Subject to your specific Eligible Plan, early termination charges may apply if you leave or move from the Eligible Plan before the end of the Fixed Term. You may be required to repay your Plan Credit in full, and it will be applied to your next Bill.
5. Your Plan Credit cannot be redeemed for cash, hardware or any other benefit, applied to early termination charges or other Charges, and cannot be transferred.
6. Any offer subject to these terms and conditions is not available in conjunction with any other 2degrees offer, except where the Pay Monthly or Power bundle discount applies or unless stated otherwise.
7. You will see the Plan Credit on your first invoice.
8. We reserve the right to extend, change or terminate these terms and conditions at any time without notice.
9. You are deemed to have accepted these conditions when you take the steps set out in clause 3 above.

Business Power Credit Offer on Fixed Term

1. These terms and conditions apply in addition to our Business Terms & Conditions, 2degrees Terms & Conditions - Energy, 2degrees Business Broadband Terms and Conditions, 2degrees Business Wireless Broadband Terms and Conditions, 2degrees Business Broadband Plan Terms and Conditions and any other specific terms and conditions applying to your Plan or account with 2degrees as a Business Customer. 
2. This promotion is available to 2degrees customers with Broadband, whether new or existing, that sign up for Power on a 12-month term (Eligible Customer). 
3. Eligible Customers will receive a one-off joining credit of $100 (Joining Credit) which will be applied to their account on sign-up. 
4. If you end your Power Plan early, the Joining Credit will be repayable along with any other applicable early termination fees. 

General 

5. This promotion is not available in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or plans offered at a discounted rate except for any Business Plan credit offers or Business Mobile / Power Bundle Discount. 
6. This promotion is not redeemable, transferable or refundable for cash and cannot be exchanged. 
7. This promotion is not available to employees of 2degrees.
