2degrees VIP Landlord Offer Terms and Conditions
- These terms and conditions apply to Eligible Customers in addition to the Business Terms and Conditions, the Business Account Terms and Conditions, and the Business Connect Terms and Conditions or the Business Choice Terms and Conditions (as applicable).
- The VIP Landlord Offer (Offer) is redeemable by Eligible Customers from 30 October 2017 and until 31 January 2018 (the Offer Period).
- To be eligible for the Offer, you must:
(a) be party to a lease or equivalent arrangement with Two Degrees Mobile Limited (2degrees) under which 2degrees has the right to use your property (as lessee or similar) for one or more 2degrees stores in New Zealand during the Offer Period; and
(b) already be, or successfully sign up as, a business customer of 2degrees under a Business Connect Plan or a Business Choice Plan (including S, M, L or XL) (Plans) during the Offer Period,
(being an Eligible Customer). - Subject to these terms and conditions, under the Offer (as an Eligible Customer) you will be entitled to receive a 20% discount which will be applied to the charges invoiced to and payable by you in accordance with your existing Plan, or on a new Plan that you sign up for within the Offer Period, until:
(a) your relevant 2degrees plan is terminated or retired, or you otherwise become ineligible in accordance with these terms and conditions;
(b) if the lease or equivalent arrangement to which you are a party (pursuant to clause 3(a)) is terminated and 2degrees notifies you that you will no longer be entitled to receive the benefits under the Offer; or
(c) the date which is 24 months after the date on which you redeem the Offer (within the Offer Period) in accordance with clause 7,
whichever is earlier. - The discount will be applied to your invoices provided under your Business Connect Plan or your Business Choice Plan.
- The Offer is not transferable or exchangeable.
- To redeem the Offer, you must contact your 2degrees Account Manager (if you are an existing 2degrees customer) or otherwise please contact 2degrees on 0800 022 249 to sign up for a Plan during the Offer Period.
- 2degrees reserves the right to extend, change, or terminate this Promotion or these terms and conditions at any time.
