$300 off and 10% off for Hutt Valley Chambers of Commerce Members on 24 month Unlimited Business Broadband Plans Promotion Terms and Conditions
- These terms and conditions apply in addition to our 2degrees Business Broadband Terms and Conditions | 2degrees and 2degrees Business Broadband Plan Terms and Conditions | 2degrees, and any other specific terms and conditions applying to your Plan or Account with 2degrees.
- If you:
- are a member of Hutt Valley Chamber of Commerce and you are able to show us your membership number;
- if you were not a 2degrees business customer at 12.00am on 1 August 2022 and
- you sign up to a 2degrees Unlimited Business Broadband Plan on a 24 month term (‘Plan”) between 1 August 2022 to 30 September 2022 or when we withdraw the Promotion (whichever is earlier) (“Promotion Period”),
we will credit your account with $300 (“Plan Credit”) and you will be eligible for a 10% discount (“Discount”) on your monthly plan fee for as long as you stay on the same Plan.
- By signing up to the Plan, you acknowledge that 2degrees may collect, hold and use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, including disclosing your personal information to any chamber in the NZ Chambers Network
- The Plan Credit and Discount excludes any other charges, including add-ons, calling plans or services.
- The Discount may not be applied until your second Bill.
- The following early termination charges may apply if you leave or move from the Business Broadband Plan before the end of the 24 month term:
- If you received a 2degrees modem at sign up and you leave within the 24 month term an early termination charge of $149 Modem + $199 Installation charge + $300 signing Plan Credit = $648 Early Termination Charge.
- If you choose the BYO modem option at sign-up and you leave within the 24 month term an early termination charge of $199 Installation charge + $300 signing Plan Credit = $499 Early Termination Charge.
- Your Plan Credit or Discount cannot be redeemed for cash, hardware or any other benefit, applied to early termination charges or other charges, and cannot be transferred.
- This offer is not available in conjunction with any other offer, except if you add the $8.70 ex GST Bundle Discount if you are a business mobile customer at the time of sign-up.
- We reserve the right to extend, change or terminate these terms and conditions and/or this offer at any time without notice.
- You are deemed to have accepted these conditions when you take the steps set out in clause 2 above
