Apple Promotional Phone offers on Business Choice Plans September to November 2025
- These terms and conditions (in conjunction with the Business Choice Terms and Conditions, Interest Free Mobile Repayment Terms and Conditions and any other applicable terms and conditions) apply to Two Degrees Mobile Limited’s (2degrees) Apple iPhone 17 series range offer on Business Choice plans (Promotion).
- The Promotion commences 00:00 am on 13th September 2025 and ends 11:59pm on 2nd November 2025 (Promotion Period). 2degrees reserves the right to cancel or amend the Promotion at any time without prior notice.
- Plan prices stated exclude GST unless stated otherwise.
- If during the Promotion Period, you:
- purchase, on Interest Free, an Apple iPhone 17 series device (Eligible Device);
- on a $80 Business Choice Unlimited Plan (Eligible Plan); and
- Trade In an iPhone 16 Pro Max 256 GB (Eligible Trade In Device);
you will be eligible for the lowest price for which you can purchase an Eligible Device (Promotion Price).
- The Promotion Price applies to Interest Free (IF) Eligible Device repayments and excludes Eligible Plan monthly plan cost. Promotion Price includes $700 IF saving (IF Saving) plus up to $1250 Trade In value for Eligible Trade In Device (Trade In Value). Alternative IF Savings stated below for alternative eligible Plans. In addition to the Promotion Price, if you are a new Business Choice customer who signs up to the Eligible Plan (or alternative eligible Plan stated below), you will be eligible for 50% off your Plan monthly charges for first six months from sign – up (Plan Discount).
- Promotion Price is available to both new and existing Business Choice customers. The Plan Discount is for new Business Choice customers only. For the avoidance of doubt, if you are an existing Business Choice customer, you will still be eligible for the Trade In Value and IF Saving, but not the Plan Discount.
- If you purchase an Eligible Device on an alternative eligible Plan listed below, you will be eligible for the IF Saving stated below (which shall result in a higher Promotion Price, but will still allow you to be eligible Trade In Value and Plan Discount):

- IF Savings
- are spread evening over your Interest Free term; and
- end if you end the Eligible Plan (or alternative eligible Plan listed under clause 7) that you signed up to during the Promotional Period, including if you downgrade to any Plan e.g. from an $80 plan to $68 or from $68 to a $40 Group Plan.
- Phone balance repayable if you end your Eligible Plan (or alternative eligible Plan listed under clause 7) and will exclude IF Savings not yet applied.
- Plan Discount repayable if you end Eligible Plan (or alternative eligible Plan listed under clause 7) within 12 months. Plan Discount may not be applied to your 2nd bill. Standard Plan charges after six months.
- To receive Trade In Value, Eligible Trade In Device must meet Trade In criteria. Trade In on online purchase will result in Trade In value being credited to your 2degrees’ account post IF purchase.
- If you order an Eligible Device on pre – order, you acknowledge that delivery times are subject to demand, colour and size variations and Apple stock availability. As of the date of these Terms and Conditions, expected timeframe for delivery is four weeks.
- IF Saving and Plan Discount are non-transferable or exchangeable and non-redeemable for cash.
