3 months free and 15% off Business Mobile Plans Promotion for NZ Chambers of Commerce Members

1. These terms and conditions apply to the 3 months free and 15% off Business Mobile Plans promotion for NZ Chamber of Commerce Members (“Promotion”) conducted by Two Degrees Mobile Limited (“2degrees”). 
2. These specific terms and conditions apply in addition to our Business Terms and Conditions, Business Account Terms and Conditions and any relevant Plan Terms and Conditions and any other terms and conditional that may apply to you (together, the “Agreement”). 
3. Defined terms will carry the meaning given to them in the Agreement, unless expressly defined below. 
4. The Promotion begins on 8 June 2026 and ends on 30 August 2026 or when we withdraw the Promotion (whichever is earlier) (“Promotion Period”). 
5. If you 
   1. are a current NZ Chambers of Commerce member; 
   2. are not a 2degrees customer at the time you sign up to an Eligible Plan listed below in paragraph 5 (c) (as defined below):  
   3. during the Promotion Period, sign up to any of the following plans: 
      1. Business Mobile Individual Plans; or 
      2. Business Fair Share; 
         
         (each an “Eligible Plan”),
          

we will credit your account with your monthly base plan fee for a period of three months (“Plan Credit”) and you will also receive a 15% discount on the monthly base plan fee for as long as you stay on the same Eligible Plan (“Discount”). 

6. By signing up to the Eligible Plan, you acknowledge that 2degrees may collect, hold and use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which may include disclosing your personal information to any chamber in the NZ Chambers Network for the purposes of providing the Plan Credit and Discount. 
7. The Plan Credit and Discount are applied to your monthly base plan fee only and exclude other additional charges, including add-ons. 
8. The Plan Credit is repayable if you leave or move from the Eligible Plan within 12 months. 
9. The Discount may not be applied until your second Bill. 
10. One Plan Credit and Discount per Eligible Plan. 
11. You must remain on the Eligible Plan you signed up to during the Promotion Period to keep receiving the Discount. If you change to another Plan at any time, the Discount will not be applied. 
12. The Plan Credit and Discount are not transferable or exchangeable and are not available in conjunction with other offers or plans offered at a discounted rate, except the $10 Bundle Discount if you have a Business Mobile Plan and Business Broadband Plan on the same account. 
13. We reserve the right to change or withdraw this Promotion or any of the Eligible Plans at any time. 
14. You are deemed to accept these terms and conditions at the time of taking the steps set out in paragraph 5 above.
