PowerPass Pro Bunnings Spin-the-Wheel Promotion – Terms and Conditions
- About the Promotion
- These terms and conditions apply to the PowerPass Pro Bunnings Spin-the-Wheel Promotion (Promotion) conducted by Two Degrees Mobile Limited, Level 2, 136 Fanshawe Street, Auckland 1010, New Zealand (2degrees).
- Participation in the Promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
- Promotion Period
- The Promotion runs at the Bunnings Glenfield store on 14th August, from 6 am – 10 am or until all prizes have been awarded (whichever is earlier) (Promotion Period).
- Eligibility
- To be eligible to participate, you must:
- be a New Zealand resident aged 18 years or older;
- attend the Bunnings Glenfield store in person during the Promotion Period; and
- not be an employee or contractor of 2degrees, Bunnings, or any of their related entities or agencies associated with this Promotion.
- How to Enter and Winning Mechanism
- During the Promotion Period, eligible participants may spin the prize wheel located within the Bunnings Glenfield store.
- If the wheel lands on a slice marked "$100 2degrees Account Credit", the participant wins the prize described in clause 5 (each a Winner), subject to these terms and conditions.
- One (1) spin per person, per day.
- Winners must provide their contact details (including full name, email address and mobile number) via the digital entry form provided onsite by the 2degrees representative in order to claim their prize.
- The Prize
- There are twenty (20) prizes available, each consisting of a $100 credit (Prize). Total Prize pool value: NZ$2,000.
- Any Prizes not awarded during the Promotion Period will not be carried over or otherwise made available after the Promotion Period ends.
- Redemption
- 2degrees will use the contact details provided by the Winner to contact the Winner after the Promotion Period. Alternatively, the Winner may contact 2degrees using the contact details provided on the voucher or flyer given to them at the Promotion. If the Winner is already a 2degrees customer or signs up to an eligible 2degrees product or service when 2degrees contacts them pursuant to this clause, 2degrees will apply the $100 credit to the Winner’s account. If the Winner does not wish to sign up to an eligible 2degrees product or service or have a credit applied to their account, 2degrees will send the Winner a Digital 2degrees Gift Card (Gift Card) to the email address provided at entry, within 10 Business Days.
- The Gift Card can only be redeemed in-store at a 2degrees retail store (it is locked for use in 2degrees stores only) from the winner’s nominated digital wallet. The card can be used as credit towards the Winner's purchase of devices or accessories, or if Winner has subsequently become a 2degrees customer, to their nominated account.
- The Prize (whether applied as an account credit or Gift Card) will be applied against invoices and charges for the Winner's 2degrees products or services until the credit is exhausted.
- The Prize:
- is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash;
- cannot be applied against any early termination charges or other non-standard charges; and
- must be redeemed within 12 months of the Promotion Period end or it will be forfeited.
- If the Winner does not opt for a Gift card and does not contact 2degrees using the details provided on the voucher or flyer given to them at the Promotion, they will not be entitled to receive the Prize in any other form (including cash).
- General
- 2degrees' decision on all matters relating to the Promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- 2degrees reserves the right to extend, change, suspend or terminate the Promotion and/or these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
- To the extent permitted by law, 2degrees excludes any liability it may have to any participant arising directly or indirectly out of, or in connection with, this Promotion (including any use, or inability to use, the Prize).
- 2degrees is not responsible or liable for any incorrect or incomplete information provided by participants, or for any delivery failure of the Gift Card caused by incorrect contact details.
- Any personal information collected as part of this Promotion will be held by 2degrees in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By entering, you consent to 2degrees using your personal information for the purposes of administering the Promotion and future marketing and promotional purposes.
- These terms and conditions apply in addition to the 2degrees Business Terms and Conditions, Business Account Terms and Conditions, any relevant Plan Terms and Conditions, and any other specific terms and conditions applying to your plan or account with 2degrees. In the event of any inconsistency, these terms prevail to the extent of the inconsistency for the purposes of this Promotion.
