Discounted Unlimited Broadband for 24 months, Prime Video on Us for 6 months and $200 in-store credit when signing for a 12-month contract

1. These terms and conditions apply in addition to the 2degrees Home Broadband T&Cs and 2degrees Broadband Plans T&Cs, Amazon Prime Video Terms of Use and any other applicable Terms and Conditions.
2. These terms and conditions govern the discounted Unlimited Broadband for 24 months, Prime Video on Us for 6 months and $200 in-store credit (Promotion) conducted by Two Degrees Mobile Limited (2degrees) beginning on 02 October 2023 and ending on 30 November 2023 (Promotion Period).
3. This promotion is available to new 2degrees Broadband customers who received this specific offer for the applicable address only.
4. If you are a new 2degrees Broadband customer and sign up to a 2degrees Unlimited Broadband Plan, or Ultimate Unlimited Broadband Plan, on a 12-month term (Eligible Plan) during the Promotion Period, you will be eligible for:
   1. only pay the following monthly fee (Discounted Plan Fee) for your first 24-months since sign-up; and

      12-month Plan	Price per month for first 24 months
      2degrees Unlimited	$56
      2degrees Ultimate Unlimited	$63

   2. a 6-month Prime Video subscription on us; and
   3. $200 in-store credit,
      (together, the Promotion).
5. Limited to one Promotion per Eligible Plan only.
6. If you cancel the 12-month term early:
   1. Your applicable Plan Credit will be repayable and
   2. you will be subject to the applicable standard early exit fees as set out in the $60, $97, $109, $139 and $169 Broadband Plan Terms and Conditions.
7. If you wish to continue subscribing to Prime Video after the 6-month period, the standard Prime Video subscription charges will apply.
8. Streaming Prime Video uses data. Data usage incurred from watching Prime Video content online will count toward your monthly broadband or mobile data allowance.

Prime Video

1. You will be redirected through to the Prime Video to login or set up a new Prime Video account. Follow the instructions provided in the Prime Video activation email sent by 2degrees.
2. You will have 30 days from the date your Prime Video activation email is sent to you to activate your Prime Video subscription. If you don’t activate Prime Video within the activation period, your subscription link will expire, and you will not be able to get 6 months free of Prime Video.
3. Video is valid for 6 months after the date you activate your Prime Video subscription during the applicable activation period.
4. Prime Video’s standard plan is currently NZD$8 per month.
5. If you end your Eligible Plan your Prime Video subscription will automatically end.
6. You can cancel your Prime Video subscription anytime through My 2degrees or the 2degrees Broadband app.

Unlimited Broadband discount offer

1. The monthly Discounted Plan Fee for the first 24 months when signing up for a 12-month contract is as follows.

   2degrees Ultimate Unlimited	$63

2. The Discounted Plan Fee excludes any other charges, including add-ons, modem charges, calling plans or services.
3. The usual monthly base plan charge will apply after the first 24 months.
4. $5 p/m modem rental, $15 rental modem shipping, non-standard installation and early exit fees apply. Broadband not available everywhere. Excludes any other charges including overage.

$200 in-store credit

1. $200 in-store credit is only redeemable in any of our 2degrees Christchurch stores until the 31st of March 2024.
2. Credit can only be redeemed in one transaction and any remaining balance will automatically expire.
3. Credit will only be redeemable by the person who signed-up the broadband contract.
4. The in-store credit can be used for any products in store, but cannot be used to pay your bill or purchase top-ups.

General Terms

1. 2degrees reserves the right to change or terminate these terms and conditions or the Promotion at any time. If applicable we’ll let you know if we do this by posting new terms on our website.
2. This offer is not available in conjunction with any other offer or plans offered at a discounted rate.
3. The Promotion is not redeemable, transferable, or refundable for cash and cannot be exchanged.
4. This Promotion is not available to employees of Two Degrees Mobile Limited or Two Degrees New Zealand Limited.
5. The Promotion not available for business customers.
6. We reserve the right to extend, change or terminate this offer at any time without notice.
7. By completing the steps set out at clause 4, you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
