1. As part of this Promotion, 2degrees will give away 1 prize including:

General

3. To participate in the Promotion, You must be a New Zealand resident and aged at least 18+ years of age and a 2degrees customer. You must not be an employee (or immediate family member of an employee) of 2degrees. An immediate family member includes a spouse, grandparent, parent, child, grandchild (whether by marriage, past marriage, adoption, co-habitation or other family extension).
4. To submit an entry, you must invite a friend who then accepts the invitation on datapinata.nz before 11.59pm 18/01/2026. 
5. Each accepted invitation equals one entry.
6. Entries are deemed to be made at the time they are received by 2degrees.
7. Winners accept and agree use of a Prize is entirely at their own risk.
8. Only the person that submitted an Entry is able to claim a Prize. All decisions made by 2degrees are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
9. If a Prize or any part of a Prize become unavailable for any reason, 2degrees may in their sole discretion provide an alternative prize.
10. Neither 2degrees nor any other entity associated with this Promotion will be responsible for any late, lost, misdirected or incorrectly submitted Entries, including but not limited to Entries not received due to technical problems or human error.
11. Subject to clause 16, 2degrees reserves the right to disallow Entries in their absolute discretion and without giving reasons to You.
12. 2degrees reserve the right, at any time, to verify the validity of Entries and determine the eligibility of Entries (including Your identity) and to disqualify any Entry or refuse to award a Prize where false or misleading details have been provided, or where You have behaved in a fraudulent or dishonest manner, or otherwise than in accordance with these Terms.
13. 2degrees (and their agents) collect and hold personal information. You provide to 2degrees in connection with the Promotion and in accordance with their respective Privacy Policies. If You do not provide personal information required for an Entry, that may make You ineligible for a Prize. We will hold all personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020. You have the right to access and correct any such personal information. If You wish to do so, please send an email to privacyrequests@2degrees.nz.

15. 2degrees may vary, amend, suspend or cancel any aspect of the Promotion (including the Prizes) at any time in its sole discretion and for any reason.
16. One entry will be selected by random electronic draw by 2degrees.
17. Winners will be notified on 30 January 2026 by 2degrees by telephone or email on the contact details provided in datapinata.nz.
