1. These terms and conditions (in conjunction with the Pay Monthly Terms and Conditions and Interest Free Terms and Conditions and any other applicable terms and conditions) apply to Two Degrees Mobile Limited’s phone offers on Pay Monthly Plans and Interest Free promotions set out below (Promotions).
2. The Promotions commence at 9:00am on 8^th June 2026 and end at 11:59pm on 19^th July 2026 (Promotion Period). 2degrees reserves the right to cancel or amend the Promotions at any time without prior notice.
3. Promotions do not apply to 2degrees JB Plans.
4. If during the Promotion Period, you:
   1. purchase one of the following devices, on Interest Free, with a $49 upfront payment:

      11. OPPO Reno13 Series;
          
          (each, an Eligible Device), and
           
   2. join 2degrees on an applicable 2degrees Pay Monthly Plan for each Eligible Device as set out here for each offer (Eligible Plan), 
      
      you will be eligible for the Interest Free savings as set out below for each offer (IF Savings).
       
5. Promotions (and IF Savings) are available to both new or existing Prepay customers joining an Eligible Plan, unless otherwise stated.
6. Watch Promotion(s) only available in a 2degrees retail store.
7. If you switch from a 2degrees JB Plan to an Eligible Plan you are not eligible for the Savings.
8. All Savings:
   1. are spread evenly over your Interest Free term; and
   2. end if you end the Eligible Plan that you signed up to during the Promotional Period, including if you downgrade to any plan e.g. from an $80 plan to $65 or from $65 to a $35 Group Plan.
9. Phone balance repayable if you end your Eligible Plan and will exclude IF Savings not yet applied.
10. IF Savings are non-transferable or exchangeable and non-redeemable for cash. Each Promotion is not available in conjunction with any other Promotion. 
11. Depending on the Promotion, existing or new sign-ups to 2degrees Business Pay Monthly Plans may be eligible for the IF Savings. If Business customers are eligible for the IF Savings, no upfront payment is required. 
12. For the purposes of these terms, references to Pay Monthly Plans are references to the applicable consumer Pay Monthly Plans. For Business customers, the equivalent Eligible Plans are as follows (as updated from time to time):
