Current Network Status
We proactively update this page from Monday to Friday, outside of these hours, customers should contact Managed Services on 0800 656 538 if they are experiencing an outage to their services and need immediate response.
Network Maintenance and Fault Restoration:
- Network Operations Centre (NOC) is operating in a BAU state and is monitoring all activities closely during this period.
- Standard network fault escalation process applies through your normal business unit faulting paths.
Unplanned Work Notifications:
Gisborne Region: 2degrees is aware of an equipment failure in our core network affecting customers in the Giborne region, the FPC was initially rebooted but this hasn't restored services, our SNOC is arranging for the FPC Card to be replaced immediately.
Update: Services on the Failed FPC card have now been migrated across to different cards and services should now be restored, if you are still expriencing issues please contact Managed Services immediately on 0800 656 538, we apologies for the inconvience this has caused to your business.
