We update this page from Monday to Friday with all planned outages and major incidents that may be impacting multiple business customers.
Network Maintenance and Fault Restoration:
- Network Operations Centre (NOC) is operating in a BAU state and is monitoring all activities closely during this period.
- Standard network fault escalation process applies through your normal business unit faulting paths.
Severe Weather Warning - 11 July 2025
Severe weather warnings have been issued across the country. The 2degrees Network Operations Centre are keeping a close eye on the network with no outages observed at this stage.

- Fibre network: Status normal, no issues observed
- POP sites: Status normal, no issues observed
- Data center: Status normal, no issues observed
- Slice Sites: Status normal, no issues observed
- RCG sites: Status normal, no issues observed"
