Graduate Programme

Recruitment generally takes place during March & April

Our 18-month rotational programme builds your skills through three team rotations, formal training, coaching, and mentoring, plus a permanent role for long-term security. You’ll get a buddy, work on cross-functional projects, and gain both broad and deep expertise while sharing your ideas with us. You’ll have an accredited coach for your first year and a mentor in your final six months. Exposure is key, so we make sure you connect and collaborate across the business.

Internship Programme

Recruitment generally takes place during July & August

At 2degrees, our 3 month summer internship programme ensures you get to do work that matters and learn from industry-leading experts in your field. You'll get stuck in and run an overarching project with a team of interns to solve a real life challenge. We'll provide you with dedicated time to work as a team and the opportunity to present your solution to a panel of our senior leaders. This programme isn’t just a summer experience -  it’s the main pathway into the 2degrees graduate programme for high‑performing interns.
