What’s changing to my Power bundle discount?

From 3rd December 2025, instead of a flat $20 monthly discount on your Broadband charges, you’ll now get 10% off your monthly power charges if you have Broadband and Power on the same account.

Will I see the discount on my bill?

You’ll see a 10% discount on your total power charges, instead of a $20 discount on your broadband charges.

The new discount is percentage-based, so the amount you save will vary depending on how much power you use.

You’ll still enjoy the ease of a single, simple bill for both Broadband and Power.

I’m on a fixed-term plan. Does the Power bundle discount change apply to me?

Yes, the Power bundle discount change also applies to fixed-term plans. As part of the terms and conditions of your plan, any changes can be made with 30 days’ notice.

Can I cancel my Power or Broadband plan?

We’d be sad to see you go, but if you decide that you want to cancel your Broadband or Power because of this change, just let us know within 30 days of being notified about the change by giving us a call on 0800 022 022, and we won’t charge you any early termination fees or repayable amounts – but we really hope you’ll stick around!

The 10% Power bundle discount will be automatically removed if you end your Broadband plan with us.

If your Broadband modem is rented from us, you’ll still need to return it, or non – return charges may apply. Jump online to find out how to cancel your plan.

Will my Super Gold or Pay Monthly Mobile bundle discount change?

No. There are no changes to the existing Super Gold or Pay Monthly mobile bundle discounts.
