Business Choice Plan Changes 2022

What is happening?

We’ve made some changes to some of our older plans to adjust their value.

From 25 November 2022 our Business Choice $80 Unlimited Leader plan will reduce in price to $70 ex GST per month, and both Leader and Pool plans include Unlimited Max Speed data.

From 23 January 2023, Business Choice $30 Team plans on your account will increase by $5 ex GST per month, from $30 per month to $35 per month.

When will I see these changes on my bill?

The Business Choice Leader plan price reduction is visible on your December bill. The price increase on your Team plans will be visible on your February bill.

What if I add a new Team plan to my account?

If you add new Team plans to your account before 23 January 2023, these will be at the current price of $30 ex GST per month. These will automatically change to $35 ex GST per month on 23 January 2023.

If you add a new Team plan to your account after 23 January 2023 this will be at the new price of $35 ex GST per month.

Why are costs changing?

We’re always trying to make sure we’re giving you the best possible value, but with costs from our suppliers increasing we need to adjust our prices in order for us to keep delivering the services that keep your business connected.

Can I change to another mobile plan?

Yes, you can change to another mobile plan. Check out our business plans online and if you’d like to change plans give us a call on 0800 022 249.

Can I cancel my plan?

We’d be sorry to see you go but yes, you can cancel your plan. Our Business Choice plans are open term, so there are no early termination charges (unless you have received any special offers or credits which may be repayable). Keep in mind, if you are still paying off any devices on your account, any remaining instalments (and any other outstanding charges) will be charged to your next bill.

Do I need to make any changes to my automatic bill payment?

If we’ve set up the automatic payment for you via either Direct Debit or Credit Card payment, there’s nothing you need to do. We’ll make the change on our end and automatically deduct the correct amount.

If you’ve set up an automatic payment directly from your bank account, you’ll need to update the payments to the new amounts, since we can’t do this on your behalf.
