How do I log in to My 2degrees?

My 2degrees is the new online portal you use to manage your business broadband account and payments.

Simply head over to My 2degrees, enter your email address (the one registered to your 2degrees business broadband account and that we send your business broadband bill to) and your current password.

How do I log in to the 2degrees App?

Our new App is available on the App Store and Google Play.

Log in to the App using the same login details as My 2degrees. Enter your email address (the one registered to your 2degrees business broadband account and that we send your business broadband bill to) and your current password to manage your account from your mobile device.

I don’t know my password

You can reset your 2degrees business broadband account password and get back into your account by following the steps below.

  1. Go to the My 2degrees password reset page.
  2. Enter the email address registered to your 2degrees business broadband account and press Send email. If the email address you entered is registered to an account, you’ll get an email with a link to reset your password.
  3. Press the Update my password link in the email we sent you. The link is active for 24 hours, so if you don’t get to it in time, you’ll need to request another password reset to get a new link.
  4. Enter a new password and press Reset Password.

All done! You’ll now be able to use your new password to log in to My 2degrees and the 2degrees App.

Didn’t get a password reset email?

It may have gone into your junk mail, or your inbox may be full. If it is, delete some emails to make room for new ones then try resetting your password again. Also, check you’re using the right email address. It’s the one registered to your business broadband account and we send your business broadband bill to.

I can’t remember my email address

The email address you use to log in to your account will usually be the one we contact you on and send your business broadband bills to. If it’s not working, check for spelling mistakes and any domain name formatting issues, such as a missing '@', or dots such as .conz instead of .co.nz.

Will there be changes to my business broadband bill?

Your business broadband bill will look a bit different to your last one, but most of your billing details will remain the same. You will have a new business broadband account number, which will have been sent to you in an email.

Your bills will now be available in My 2degrees, and you’ll receive a link to your bill each month via email.

Will there be changes to the way I pay my bill?

If we’ve set up your automatic payment for you via either Direct Debit or Credit Card payment, there’s nothing you need to do. You will notice that your direct debit has a new authority code.

If you pay by bank transfer, or have set up your own automatic payment, you’ll need to update the payment details to our new bank account to ensure we get your payment.

These details are:

Bank account: 02-0108-0659253-000

Reference: Your new account number – this will have been sent to you in an email, and will also be on your next bill summary email.

You will also notice that the GST number will change.

Having trouble getting online?

Your business broadband connection should continue to work as normal.

If you do notice that your broadband services aren’t working after the upgrade, please do not attempt to troubleshoot. Instead, please call our Business Care team on 0800 022 249.

Having trouble with your phone line?

If your voice services have been unavailable for longer than 60 minutes following the upgrade, please call our Business Care team on 0800 022 249.

Will there be any changes to my Snap email?

If you joined 2degrees as an ex-Snap customer, and have an existing Snap email, your email service will continue to work as normal. If you need to change your Snap email address password, give us a call on 0800 022 249 and we can take care of it for you.
