Your Voicemail Refund
Why am I getting a refund?
We recently identified an issue which meant you weren’t charged correctly when you accessed your voicemail services while roaming recently when you were still with us for your mobile. The issue has been fixed, and we sent you a text to let you know that you are due a refund.
How do I get my refund?
To process your refund, we’ll need you to provide a screenshot of your bank details (name and account number). You can email this to us at roamingsupport@2degrees.nz
Once we’ve verified your information, we’ll process your refund and it may take seven days to appear in your account.
If you need a hand getting this info to us or have any questions, call on 0800 022 022 and we can help you out.
When do I need to claim my refund by?
We'd really like to get your money back to you, so let us know what you'd like to do with your refund by 27 May 2026 so we can get it underway.
If you don't claim your refund by 24 May 2026, then refunds over $100 will be transferred to Inland Revenue in accordance with the Unclaimed Money Act 1971 (you will then need to claim any refund you are owed from Inland Revenue) and refunds under $100 will be donated to charity.
How do I know if this is legitimate?
We get that there are loads of scams going around these days, so if you're still unsure about whether the text message you got from us is legit, visit the 2degrees website and jump on our contact page to get in touch.
