It’s time for a new SIM card

What is happening?

As technology advances and we upgrade our systems, some older technology SIM cards will no longer be supported on our network. If you are using one of these SIM cards, you would have received an email or an SMS from us advising you to replace your current SIM card with a new one before 21 November 2025. After this date, your current SIM card will no longer work and you will not be able to make calls, text or use data. You may also be at risk of losing your mobile number if you haven’t upgraded in time.
