To get the best coverage and performance on our mobile network, your phone or device needs to support the spectrum frequency bands we use, which most phones do! If you're having trouble with coverage in a specific area, it’s worth checking your device capabilities to see which bands it supports.

Good news if you’re outside of our mobile coverage but have a WiFi Calling compatible device and a solid WiFi connection, you can still make and receive calls and texts. Learn more about WiFi calling here.
