Delivery delays

Our ability to deliver phones and accessories is being impacted by increased demand and COVID-19. Extra pressure exists across global shipping operations, national postal services, and local suppliers. This affects our ability to deliver as soon as we would like.

When will my order arrive?

Demand issues are slowing down deliveries for everything in New Zealand. International shipping delays are causing out of stock orders to be significantly delayed. Keep an eye on your emails for a track and trace number, which you should receive when your item leaves the warehouse for delivery.

In-stock orders

Due to increased demand, your order might take longer than normal to reach you. You can view NZ Post’s current delivery expectations on their website.

Out of stock orders

Orders made for out-of-stock items might take longer than usual to arrive due to international shipping delays. Our partners and suppliers are taking every step to get items to you as fast as possible, however, there is little we can do until international shipping backlogs are cleared.

How do I know if an item is out-stock?

On the phone gallery page (pictured here) you’ll notice the blue rectangle with a robot emoji. Out of stock items will show this rectangle, detailing expected delivery timeframes.

Why didn’t I receive my whole order?

Not all items come from the same place, often being delivered by different courier companies. You can see the progress of your order using the track and trace number sent to you via email. If you are experiencing unusually long delivery times, we recommend contacting the courier company directly.
