Half Price Plans for 6 Months Terms & Conditions
- These terms and conditions apply to the 50% off Pay Monthly Plans for 6 months promotion (Promotion) conducted by Two Degrees Mobile Limited (2degrees).
- These specific terms and conditions apply in addition to our Pay Monthly Terms and Conditions, 2degrees Carryover and Endless Plans Terms and any other applicable terms and conditions.
- The Promotion begins on 17 November 2023 and ends at 11:59pm on 3 December 2023 (Promotion Period). We reserve the right to change or withdraw this Promotion at any time.
- 4. If during the Promotion Period you sign up to a new $35+ Pay Monthly Plan (each an Eligible Plan), you will be eligible for 50% off your monthly plan price (Discount) for 6 consecutive months (Discount Period).
- Connections on a Group Plan are not eligible for the Promotion.
- For the avoidance of doubt, if a customer is on a Pay Monthly Plan as at 11:59pm on 16 November 2023 and wishes to move to a Leader Pay Monthly Plan, it will not be considered a new connection and the customer will not be eligible for the Promotion.
- The Discount is applied to the monthly plan fee only and excludes other additional charges, including add-ons.
- If a new connection ends their eligible plan within 9 months, the discount received will be repayable on a pro-rated basis.
- The Discount may not be applied to the new connection until the second Bill.
- The usual monthly plan fee applies after the Discount Period.
- One Discount per new connection.
- New connections must remain on an Eligible Plan during the Discount Period to keep receiving the Discount.
- The Discount is not transferable or exchangeable and is not available in conjunction with other offers or plans offered at a discounted rate.
- You are deemed to accept these terms and conditions at the time of taking the steps set out in clause 4 above.
