- During the first timeout at the start of the game, the BNZ Breakers MC will call one lucky fan from the stands.
- Answer your phone saying “2degrees Upgrade” and we’ll show you to premium courtside seats which includes hospitality to enjoy the rest of the game like a VIP.
Background
- These Terms and Conditions relate to Two Degrees Mobile Limited’s (2degrees) “Upgrade” competition whereby eligible entrants can enter a prize draw for a chance to win upgraded seats to courtside for their group at the BNZ Breakers vs Brisbane Bullets game on Friday, 19th September only (Match) (together, the Competition).
- 2degrees has four courtside seats for the Match to give away on the day of the Match, prior to it commencing (Prize).
Eligibility
- To be eligible for the Prize, you:
- must be a New Zealand resident aged 18 years or older;
- must hold a valid stand ticket for the Match;
- can’t be an employee or contractor of 2degrees or its related companies;
- must submit a complete and accurate entry form using the link on 2degrees’ website between 8 am 15th September 2025 to 11:59 pm 18th September 2025 (Competition Period); and
- must intend to attend the Match,
(making you an Eligible Entrant).
Selection and Prizes
- 2degrees shall randomly select the number of winners required to award the Prize in its entirety, subject to 2degrees and the BNZ Breakers satisfying themselves that clause 3 requirements have been met for each winner first.
- Prize is not transferable, redeemable for cash, or exchangeable.
Use of Entries
- By registering for the Competition, you agree for us to use and share any details provided in your entry form for the purposes of conducting the Competition. This includes being contacted live by the BNZ Breakers MC during the first timeout of the Match.
- 2degrees may request additional permissions, images, or information from selected winners.
General
- 2degrees may, at its sole discretion, verify the validity of any entry and disqualify any Eligible Entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process.
- 2degrees’ decisions on all matters relating to the Competition are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- Any personal information collected as part of this Competition will be used for the purposes of administering the Competition and be held by 2degrees and the BNZ Breakers in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020 and their respective Privacy Statements.
- Eligible Entrants have the right to access and request correction of any personal information held by 2degrees or the BNZ Breakers.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, 2degrees and its related companies, employees, agents and contractors shall not be liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense (including, for avoidance of doubt, any indirect, special or consequential loss) suffered or incurred by any Eligible Entrant or winners in connection with the Competition.
- If any part of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force.
- The laws of New Zealand apply.
