1. Two Degrees Mobile Limited (2degrees) and OMC Electronics New Zealand Limited (OPPO) are giving 2degrees customers (You or Your) the chance to participate in the 2degrees & OPPO New York trip promotion (Promotion) in accordance with these terms (Terms).
2. As part of this Promotion, 2degrees will give away 15 prizes (Prize) including:
   1. three trips to New York, United States (each a Trip); and
   2. 12 pairs of OPPO Enco Air4 Pro’s (Buds).
3. By participating, You agree to these Terms.

General

4. To participate in the Promotion, You must be a New Zealand resident and aged at least 21+ years of age. You must not be an employee (or immediate family member of an employee) of 2degrees. An immediate family member includes a spouse, grandparent, parent, child, grandchild (whether by marriage, past marriage, adoption, co-habitation or other family extension).
5. To submit an entry, You must purchase any OPPO Reno13 series mobile device worth at least $699 NZD (incl. GST) in a single transaction from 2degrees either in-store or on the 2degrees website between 12:00am on 12/05/2025 and 11:59 pm on 22/06/2025 (Qualifying Purchase). A Qualifying Purchase can be made either outright or using an Interest Free option. To make a Qualifying Purchase as a business customer, You need to make a qualifying Purchase in store. Once a Qualifying Purchase has been made, You must then fully complete and submit the online entry form at www.2dm.co.nz/oppo-travel (Entry). You may submit one Entry for every Qualifying Purchase that You make.
6. If a Qualifying Purchase is an OPPO Reno 13 Series Pro, you will be gifted an OPPO WatchX (by redemption) in addition to being granted an Entry into the Promotion draw. The watch is not redeemable for cash.
7. Each Entry will need to specify residential address so that travel arrangements for the Trip can be made if selected as a winning Entry. This information will be held in accordance with clause 21.
8. You may purchase a Qualifying Device by taking up an Interest Free Option. Each Qualifying Purchase purchased Interest Free on a $80 Pay Monthly Plan will be eligible for up to $500 Interest Free discount ($300 for $65 Pay Monthly Plan, $250 for $50 Pay Monthly Plan). Only new Pay Monthly connections are eligible for the Interest Free Discount.  Interest Free Discount ends if eligible plan ends. Phone balance repayable if you end your eligible plan and excludes Interest Free discount. Interest Free Discount not redeemable for cash. Interest Free Terms and Conditions apply.
9. Entries must only be entered if You can travel to New York with either a valid current Visa or be from a country with a Visa Waiver Scheme (this must be arranged by Trip winners) and all costs incurred at each Trip winner’s expense. If You do not satisfy these requirements, Your Entry will not be eligible for a Prize.
10. Entries are deemed to be made at the time they are received by 2degrees.
11. Winners accept and agree use of a Prize is entirely at their own risk. At the time of accepting a Trip, Trip winners must sign a waiver and indemnity form.
12. Only the person that submitted an Entry is able to claim a Prize. All decisions made by 2degrees are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
13. If a Prize or any part of a Prize become unavailable for any reason, 2degrees or OPPO may in their sole discretion provide an alternative prize.
14. Neither 2degrees nor any other entity associated with this Promotion will be responsible for any late, lost, misdirected or incorrectly submitted Entries, including but not limited to Entries not received due to technical problems or human error.
15. Subject to clause 16, 2degrees and OPPO reserves the right to disallow Entries in their absolute discretion and without giving reasons to You.
16. 2degrees and OPPO reserve the right, at any time, to verify the validity of Entries and determine the eligibility of Entries (including Your identity) and to disqualify any Entry or refuse to award a Prize where false or misleading details have been provided, or where You have behaved in a fraudulent or dishonest manner, or otherwise than in accordance with these Terms.
17. You agree to the use of Your name, photograph, and likeness for promotional/advertising purposes (including on websites, Facebook pages, Instagram pages, and other online or physical material published by 2degrees or OPPO). You agree to make Yourself reasonably available for this purpose. You waive any claims to copyright, royalties, rights or remuneration.
18. You agree to comply with all reasonable instructions given by 2degrees, OPPO, Type 40 Events and other agencies associated with the Promotion. You agree not to do anything that may bring 2degrees, OPPO, or Type 40 into disrepute if you are a Trip winner.
19. Failure by 2degrees, OPPO or Type 40 to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
20. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, 2degrees, OPPO and Type 40 (including each of their officers, directors, shareholders, employees, advisors, assignees, agents, licensees, representatives, advertising and promotional agencies), excludes all liability (including negligence) in connection with this Promotion. That includes liability for any personal injury or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity), whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, but not limited to, where attributable to any of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under 2degrees’, OPPO or Type 40’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorized access or third party interference; (c) any entry or Prize claims that are late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected; (d) any variation in the Prize; (e) any tax liability incurred by You; or (f) use of a Prize.
21. 2degrees (and their agents) collect and hold personal information. You provide to 2degrees in connection with the Promotion and in accordance with their respective Privacy Policies. If You do not provide personal information required for an Entry, that may make You ineligible for a Prize. We will hold all personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020. You have the right to access and correct any such personal information. If You wish to do so, please send an email to privacyrequests@2degrees.nz.

23. 2degrees may vary, amend, suspend or cancel any aspect of the Promotion (including the Prizes) at any time in its sole discretion and for any reason.

The Trips

24. Three Entries will be selected by random electronic draw by 2degrees from all valid Entries submitted on 30 June 2025.
25. The first three eligible Entries drawn will each win a Trip provided that (a) the Entries comply with these Terms and (b) the entrants can be contacted within a reasonable time.
26. Trip winners will be notified on 30 June 2025 by 2degrees by telephone or email on the contact details provided in their Entries. Trip winners will be required to confirm their attendance on the date of notification, including providing passport details to 2degrees for travel booking purposes. Failure to provide confirmation within 48 hours will result in 2degrees redrawing another Trip winner.
27. Each Trip is hosted by 2degrees, including a set itinerary for the Trip winner(s) with scheduled group activities and scheduled individual leisure time. Each Trip includes:
    1. return Economy class flights for 1 from Auckland, New Zealand to New York;
    2. all airline taxes;
    3. domestic transfers to Auckland if required;
    4. return private transfers from airport to accommodation;
    5. single accommodation in a 4-star hotel in New York;
    6. daily breakfast;
    7. a travel insurance policy for 1 person up to 9 days (based on being under 65 years with no pre-existing medical conditions); and
28. Trip winners must be able to travel between 25th of August 2025 and 1st September 2025 (Travel Period). All bookings and inclusions regarding the Trip must be made via a travel agent advised by 2degrees. Redeeming a Trip is conditional to accepting the terms and conditions provided the travel agent and normal travel practices. All travel is on regular scheduled services, subject to availability and may depend on specific booking classes with airlines or specific room categories with accommodation partners. All airline and accommodation options are at 2degrees’ discretion. Each Trip is not transferrable, negotiable, refundable or redeemable for cash.
29. Prior to departure, Trip winners must hold valid passports with a minimum of 6 months’ validity. Trip winners are responsible for all costs and expenses not expressly described in clause 26, including but not limited to any amendment fees issued by airlines or suppliers after the booking issued, visas, valid passports, additional spending money, meals, other ancillary costs, travel insurance and insurance excesses. Each Trip exclude these costs and expenses.
30. Trip winners must accept each Trip in their entirety. If a Trip winner cannot accept the Trip or take part in the Trip for any reason, their Trip will be void and no compensation will be payable to them. Trip winners may purchase additions, upgrades or extensions to the Prize at their own cost after the Travel Period.

Buds

31. From the remaining pool of Entries, twelve Entries will be selected by random electronic draw by 2degrees from all valid Entries on the 30 June 2025.
32. The first 12 eligible Entries drawn will each win a pair of Buds provided that the Entries comply with these Terms.  Winners will be notified by telephone or email on the contact details provided in their Entries. Failure to acknowledge notification within 24 hours from original notification will result in 2degrees redrawing another winner for the Buds.  2degrees will post each pair of Buds in accordance with information provided in their Entry.
