- These terms and conditions apply to the exclusive 2degrees Partner Staff discount (Promotion) conducted by Two Degrees Mobile Limited (2degrees).
- These specific terms and conditions apply in addition to our Pay Monthly, Carryover Plans, Broadband and Broadband Plan Terms and Conditions and any other applicable Terms and Conditions.
- If you are an employee of a 2degrees Partner and 2degrees has made this offer available to that Partner and its employees in writing and you have:
- a current 2degrees Personal Pay Monthly mobile plan you are eligible to receive a 15% discount off the monthly plan base fee for the life of that plan (maximum of 5 full price plans, excludes Group Plans); and
- a 2degrees Broadband plan you are eligible to receive $5 discount off the monthly plan base fee for the life of that plan,
(collectively, Eligible plan(s) and Discount(s)).
- The Discount(s) is not be available in conjunction with other offers, promotions or discounts and cannot be transferred or exchanged.
- You will continue to be eligible for the Discount(s) as long as you remain on an Eligible Plan(s) unless we retire an applicable plan and it is no longer made available to you.
- The Discount(s) apply as a discount off your standard monthly plan fee on your monthly bill and will exclude other additional charges, including add-ons, Premium and toll calls.
- The Discount(s) may not be applied until your second Bill and will be pro-rated where applicable.
- The Discount(s) are not available on Business mobile plans or to employees of 2degrees.
- We reserve the right to change or withdraw this promotion at any time without notice.
- You are deemed to accept these terms and conditions at the time of taking the steps set out in the clause 3 above.
