Selected Business Choice Mobile Plans Promotion for Farm Source Account Holders

1. These terms and conditions apply to the selected Business Mobile Plans Promotion for Farm Source Account Holders (“Promotion”).
2. These specific terms and conditions apply in addition to our Business Terms and Conditions, Business Account Terms and Conditions, Business Plan Terms and Conditions | 2degrees and any other terms and conditions that apply to you (together, the “Agreement”).
3. Defined terms will carry the meaning given to them in the Agreement, unless expressly defined below.
4. The Promotion begins on 1 April 2026 – 31 May 2026 (“Promotion Period”).
5. If you:
   1. are not a 2degrees business customer at 12.00am on 1 April 2026;
   2. have an active Farm Source membership (“Farm Source Account Holder”);
   3. have agreed to the Farm Source Billing Authorisation Form which enables you to pay for Charges on your 2degrees Business Account through your Farm Source account; and
   4. during the Promotion Period, sign up to a Business Unlimited or Business Unlimited Team Plan using your valid Farm Source membership number (“Eligible Plan”),
      we will credit your account so you pay just $1 per month for the monthly base plan fee for the first three months of your Plan (“Plan Credit”) and then you will be eligible for a $41 discount per month for the primary connection and a $6 discount per month for any additional connections (up to 99 connections) (“Discount”) on the monthly base plan fee(s) for as long as you stay on the Plan(s).
6. By signing up to an Eligible Plan,
   1. you acknowledge that 2degrees may collect, hold and use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which may include disclosing your personal information to Farm Source for the purpose of providing the Plan Credit and Discount;
   2. if you are an existing 2degrees customer, you acknowledge that any outstanding 2degrees charges incurred during your previous billing period up until the date you accept these terms and conditions, may be included in your first Farm Source bill.
7. The Plan Credit and Discount are applied to your monthly base plan fee only and exclude other additional charges (such as roaming), including add-ons.
8. The Discount may not be applied until your second Bill.
9. You must remain on the Eligible Plan to keep receiving the Plan Credit and Discount. If you change to another Plan at any time, the Plan Credit and Discount may not be applied.
10. The Plan Credit and Discount are not transferable or exchangeable and are not available in conjunction with other offers or plans offered at a discounted rate, except the $10 Bundle Discount if you have a Business Mobile Plan and a Business Broadband Plan on the same account.
11. One Plan Credit and Discount per Eligible Plan.
12. We reserve the right to change or withdraw this Promotion or any of the Eligible Plans at any time.
13. You are deemed to accept these terms and conditions at the time of taking the steps set out in clause 5 above.

Selected Business Broadband Plans Promotion for Farm Source Account Holder Terms and Conditions

1. These terms and conditions apply in addition to our:
   1. if you are a Broadband Customer, our Business Broadband Terms and Conditions, Business Broadband Plan Terms and Conditions, Backup Broadband for Business Terms and Conditions; or
   2. if you are a Wireless Broadband Customer, our Business Broadband Terms and Conditions, Business Wireless Broadband Terms and Conditions, ; and
   3. any other specific terms and conditions applying to your Plan or Account with 2degrees (together, the “Agreement”).
2. Defined terms will carry the meaning given to them in the Agreement, unless expressly defined below.
3. If you:
   1. are not a 2degrees customer as of 12 am on the date you sign up to the current promotion communicated to you or displayed on the website;
   2. have an active Farm Source membership (“Farm Source Account Holder”);
   3. have agreed to the Farm Source Billing Authorisation Form which enables you to pay for Charges on your 2degrees Business Account through your Farm Source account; and
   4. during the relevant promotion period, sign up to 2degrees’ Business Broadband Smart Fibre, 500 or 900 Plan on a 24-month term, Smart Hyperfibre 2 or 4 Plan on a 24-month term or Wireless Broadband Plan on a 12-month term using your valid Farm Source membership number (“Eligible Plan”);
      you will:
      1. receive the joining credit available under your Eligible Plan (the value of the joining credit will be as communicated to you or displayed on the website) (“Joining Credit”); and
      2. be eligible for a 10% discount on the monthly base plan fee of the Eligible Plan (“Discount”) for as long as you stay on the Eligible Plan.
4. You will still be eligible for the Discount if at the time of sign – up to an Eligible Plan, you are an existing 2degrees customer who signs up to an Eligible Plan on an open term basis.
5. By signing up to an Eligible Plan,
   1. you acknowledge that 2degrees may collect, hold and use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which many include disclosing your personal information to Farm Source for the purposes of providing the Joining Credit and Discount;
   2. if you are an existing 2degrees customer, you acknowledge that any outstanding 2degrees charges incurred during your previous billing period up until the date you accept these terms and conditions, may be included in your first Farm Source bill.
6. The Plan Credit and Discount exclude any other charges, including add-ons, calling plans or services.
7. The Discount may not be applied until your second Bill.
8. Joining Credit repayable and early exit fees may apply if you leave or move from Eligible Plan before the end of your chosen term as stated in your Eligible Plan T&Cs.
9. The Joining Credit and Discount cannot be redeemed for cash, hardware or any other benefit, applied to early termination charges or other charges, and cannot be transferred.
10. This offer is not available in conjunction with any other offer, except the $10 Bundle Discount if you have a Business Mobile Plan and a Business Broadband Plan on the same account.
11. One Plan Credit and Discount per Eligible Plan.
12. We reserve the right to extend, change or terminate these T&Cs and/or any applicable offer subject to these T&Cs at any time without notice.
13. You are deemed to have accepted these T&Cs when you take the steps set out in clause 3 (or clause 4, if you are an existing customer) above.
