Credit Disclosure

When you apply for 2degrees services, we will request certain information as part of our credit checking and assessment process. While responding to these questions is optional, providing this information assists us in determining whether or not you are eligible for a service and enables us to conduct credit checks with New Zealand credit reporting agencies.

We may confirm the information you share with third parties, and we keep a copy so we can reach out to you if necessary. You have the right to request your personal information at any time or ask us to update and correct any mistakes. 
This information, along with details regarding your payment history with 2degrees, will be provided to credit reporting agencies both now and in the future. This includes information about payments made on time, late, or missed. This is often referred to as consumer credit reporting. These agencies may share such information with other businesses that may conduct a credit check on you when you have given your consent.
