15% off Pay Monthly Plans

1. These terms and conditions apply to the 15% off your Pay Monthly Plan for the life of your selected Pay Monthly Plan promotion (Promotion)conducted by Two Degrees Mobile Limited (2degrees).
2. These specific terms and conditions apply in addition to our Pay Monthly Terms and Conditions, 2degrees Carryover Plans Terms and Conditions and 2degrees Endless Plans Terms and Conditions and any other applicable terms and conditions. 
3. The Promotion begins on 1 July 2021 and ends on 30 November 2021 (Promotion Period). We reserve the right to change or withdraw this Promotion at any time. 
4. If:
   1. you were not a Pay Monthly customer at 12:00 am on 1 July 2021; and
   2. your residential address is in the Northland, Waikato, Manawatū-Whanganui, Taranaki or Canterbury region; and
   3. you sign up to a Pay Monthly Plan which exists and is available to purchase during the Promotion Period (Eligible Plan),

you will be eligible for a 15% off discount on your monthly plan fee (Discount) for the life of your Eligible Plan (Discount Period).

5. The Promotion is available to existing Prepay customers who meet the criteria set out above at paragraph 4. 
6. Business Plans and Group Plans are excluded.
7. The Discount is applied to your monthly plan fee only and excludes other additional charges, including add-ons. 
8. One Discount per plan.
9. You must remain on an Eligible Plan during the Discount Period to keep receiving the Discount. 
10. The Discount Period will end at the time in which 2degrees notifies you that the Eligible Plan is no longer an active plan available to customers.
11. The Discount is not transferable or exchangeable and is not available in conjunction with other offers or plans offered at a discounted rate. 
12. The Promotion is not to employees of 2degrees or Two Degrees New Zealand Limited. 
13. You are deemed to accept these terms and conditions at the time of taking the step set out in clause 4(c)
