$69/$86 Unlimited Broadband Plan for a Year Promotion Terms and Conditions 2020
- These terms and conditions apply in addition to our Broadband Terms and Conditions , $89 & $106 Broadband Plan Terms and Conditions , Pay Monthly Terms and Conditions and any other specific terms and conditions applying to your Plan or Account with 2degrees.
- This promotion is available to new 2degrees Broadband customers only.
- If you:
- have a 2degrees Pay Monthly Mobile Plan (all good Kiwis do); and
- sign up to an $89 2degrees Unlimited or $106 Ultimate Unlimited Broadband Plan on a 12-month term between 2 October 2020 and 6 December 2020 ( Promotion Period), you will only pay the following monthly fee for your first year:

- The $69 and $86 prices in clause 3 above:
- include our $10 Pay Monthly/Broadband bundle discount; and
- exclude Pay Monthly mobile plan Charges and any other charges, including Add-ons, rental modem shipping charges, calling plans or services.
- In some instances the discounted price might not apply until your second bill.
- After your first year, usual monthly plan Charges apply.
- The applicable early exit fees are set out in the $79, $89 & $106 Broadband Plan Terms and Conditions .
- This offer is not available in conjunction with any other offer or plans offered at a discounted rate.
- This offer is not available to employees of Two Degrees Mobile Limited and Two Degrees New Zealand Limited.
- We reserve the right to extend, change or terminate this offer at any time without notice.
- You are deemed to have accepted these conditions when you take the steps set out in clause 3 above.
