Unlimited and Ultimate Unlimited Broadband Plan $100 Joining Credit Terms and Conditions

1. These Terms and Conditions apply in addition to the 2degrees Broadband, Broadband Plan Terms and Conditions, and any other applicable Terms and Conditions.
2. These Terms and Conditions govern Unlimited Broadband Joining Credit for 12 months promotion, conducted by Two Degrees Mobile Limited (2degrees) beginning on 29^th June for a limited time (Promotion Period).
3.  If you are a new 2degrees Broadband customer and sign up to a 2degrees Unlimited Broadband Fibre Plan (excluding ADSL or VDSL) or Ultimate Unlimited Broadband FIbre Plan on a 12-month term (Eligible Plan) during the Promotion Period, you will be eligible for a $100 Joining Credit (Joining Credit).
4. The Joining Credit will be applied to your Account following activation of the Eligible Plan. If you cancel the Eligible Plan early:
   1. the Joining Credit will be repayable; and
   2. early termination charges will apply.
5. The Joining Credit is non-transferable or exchangeable and non-redeemable for cash. 
6. A $5 p/m modem rental, $15 rental modem shipping and non-standard installation apply. Broadband not available everywhere.

General

7. 2degrees reserves the right to change or terminate these terms and conditions or the promotion at any time. If applicable we’ll let you know if we do this by posting new terms on our website. 
8. This offer is not available in conjunction with any other offer or plans offered at a discounted rate.
9. The promotion is not redeemable, transferable, or refundable for cash and cannot be exchanged.
10. This promotion is not available to employees of Two Degrees Mobile Limited or Two Degrees New Zealand Limited.
11. The promotion is not available for business customers.
12. We reserve the right to extend, change or terminate this offer at any time without notice.
13. By completing the steps set out at clause 3, you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
