Christchurch Broadband Offer Terms & Conditions
- These terms and conditions apply in addition to our Broadband Terms and Conditions and any other specific terms and conditions applying to your Plan or Account with 2degrees.
- These terms and conditions govern discounted Unlimited Fibre Broadband for 15 months promotion (Promotion).
- If you:
- as at 11:59pm on 6 September 2022, are not a 2degrees Fibre Broadband customer;
- reside at an address elected by 2degrees as being eligible for the Promotion;
- receive a 2degrees’ invitation to participate in the Promotion;
- sign up to a 2degrees Unlimited Fibre Broadband Plan on a 12 month term between the period beginning 6 September 2022 and ending 31 October 2022 (Promotion Period); and
- ensure successful activation of your Ultimate Broadband connection within 6 months of the date of sign up,
you will:- only pay $20 per month your first year; and
- be eligible to receive Prime Video on us for 12 months.
- The discounted monthly plan charge of in clause 3 above:
- excludes Pay Monthly mobile plan Charges and any other charges, including Add-ons, rental modem shipping charges, calling plans or services; and
- In some instances, the discounted price might not apply until your second bill.
- After 15 months, 2degrees standard monthly plan charge will apply.
- The terms and conditions relating to Prime Video on us for 15 months can be found in clause 7 to 15 in the terms and conditions here.
- If you leave within 15 months of your 15 months term, you will be subject to 2degrees’ early termination charge.
- This Promotion is not available in conjunction with any other offers or promotions conducted by 2degrees. This offer is not available to employees of Two Degrees Mobile Limited and Two Degrees New Zealand Limited and their immediate families
- We reserve the right to extend, change or terminate this offer at any time without notice.
- We reserve the right to terminate a contract signed up for this offer where the installation of a Fibre connection is taking greater than 6 months.
- You are deemed to have accepted these conditions when you take the steps set out in clause 3 above.
